Its active ingredient, Inscalis, targets the chordotonal organs of insects, which are biological stretch sensors. Inscalis acts selectively on these sensors, causing the insects to become disoriented and uncoordinated. As a result, the affected pests stop feeding and eventually die from dehydration and starvation.
