CORSA-808 is a combination of organophosphates and pyrethroid group of insecticide (Profenophos and Cypermethrin) with contact and stomach action, Profenofos is an Acetylcholine esterase inhibitor, non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action. Cypermethrin is a non-systemic insecticide with strong contact action, it has rapid knock-down effect and excellent residual activity. Corsa has ovicidal action on lepidopterous eggs and kills all borers and exhibits repellent effect on flying moths
